Nominated in these various categories: Health Program Feature or Segment: "Due Process: Medical Pot"; Historic/Cultural Program/Special: "Due Process: Diversity in the Law: The New Jersey Bench"; and Public/Current/Community Affairs Feature/Segment: "Due Process: Needle Exchange" all shown on New Jersey Public Television (NJN/PBS).
The EMMY Awards will be announced in September.

A 2010 NEW YORK EMMY^® WIN FOR RICHARD KRETCHMER
Richard Kretchmer, Producer, Director, and President of Rainbow Video Inc., has been been honored with a 2010 New York EMMYStatue for NJN/PBS "Due Process: Voting Rights" in the Historical/Cultural category. Richard has 6 regional EMMY nominations and 3 EMMY Statues. Richard won his first EMMY in 2007.

A 2009 EMMY^® WIN FOR RICHARD KRETCHMER
Richard Kretchmer, Producer, Director and President of Rainbow Video Inc., was honored with his second Mid-Atlantic EMMY Statue. This 2009 EMMY was awarded for an NJN Public Television “Due Process" special: "Nick Katzenbach: The Johnson War Years", a 2 part NJN/PBS special.
